SERVICES
Deep Clean:
Absolutely everything in the property is cleaned, polished and sanitised. The property is left sparkling clean and smelling fabulous.
What is included as part of our deep clean.
Kitchen
Clean all work surfaces: units, cupboards, drawers, fixtures, shelves, tiles, microwave, refrigerator, cooker hood and hob, internal windows and windowsills, door, skirting boards, sink, taps, bin, mirrors, pictures and glass, light fittings, cobwebs removed, carpets vacuumed and hard flooring steam cleaned and buffed.
Bathroom
Clean bath and shower, toilet, sink, taps, tiles, mirrors, shower screen, doors, skirting, units, shelves, drawers, towel rails, windows and windowsills, vacuum, mop and buff floor.
Bedrooms
Clean all furniture, mirrors, pictures and glass, internal windows and windowsill, skirting boards , light switches and light fittings, dust lampshades and lamps, dust blinds if necessary.
Living room
Clean all units, cupboards, drawers, fixture and shelves, Television and any electronic equipment, mirrors, pictures and glass, skirting's, light fittings, light switches, vacuum sofa and all cushions, dust all surfaces and polish.
vacuum all carpets/ rugs mop and buff any hardwood flooring.
Stairs and Hallways
Clean all units, cupboards, drawers, fixtures and shelves, furniture, mirrors, and pictures, vacuum all carpets/ rugs/and hard wood floors or tiled flooring, mop and buff.
All deep cleans are a team of two cleaners.
Domestic Clean:
Minimum of 2 hours
Price is determined by the size of property
This is a weekly or fortnightly regular home clean.
All floors are hovered and mopped and buffed.
All dust reachable surfaces.. furniture, tables, doors, glass, ornaments, lampshades, windowsills, photo frames are cleaned and polished.
Mirrors and door glass is wiped clean of hand prints and smudges.
Kitchen cabinets are wiped over, sink, taps, worktops, appliances and floor is hovered and mopped and buffed.
Empty and sanitise bins put in new bin bag.
Clean bathroom and toilet, shower screen, bath tub , mirror, basin, and floor.
Make the beds.
General tidy up and make sure the property is left presentable and smelling fabulous.
Holiday Let Clean or Change Over:
Minimum of 2 hours £30.00 P/H
SERVICE INCLUDES....
Wipe down all worktops, surfaces, units, chairs, tables and any baby equipment.
All appliances, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle.
We will also check to ensure each item is working and in perfect working order ready for the next client.
Vacuum, mop and buff all floors.
Organize and clean inside of cupboards.
Restock washing up liquid, dish washer tablets, toilet rolls, bin bags, and replenish hand soap and hand sanitiser.
Put out 2 clean tea towels.
Put out clean towels and bath mat.
Change all beds and bed linen.
Empty bins and disinfect.
Wipe place mats and coasters.
Check cutlery, pots, pans, crockery, and utensils
for grime and any breakages or chips.
Clean all bathrooms.
All mirrors cleaned and buffed.
Wipe down any outside furniture and outside area.
End of tenancy clean

This clean is a team of 2 cleaners.
Entire property will be sanitised and vapour steam cleaned
We will wipe down all worktops, surfaces, units, chairs, and tables.
Sofa will be vacuumed and cushions will be removed and individually vacuumed and sanitised.
All appliances, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine & kettle
Vacuum, mop and buff all floors.
Empty bins and disinfect.
Wipe any place mats and coasters.
Check cutlery, pots, pans, crockery, glass wear, cups
and utensils for grime.
All kitchen cabinets will be wiped over and cleaned internally and cupboard handles.
Steam clean all bathrooms.
All mirrors/glass cleaned and shined.
Wipe down any outside furniture and outside area.
All skirting boards, light switches, light fittings, lamps
Any hand prints and smudges will removed from walls and walls and ceilings will be dusted.
Inside windows steam cleaned and windowsills polished and buffed.
All carpets and rugs sanitised and vacuumed
Front door polished and all internal doors,
door handles are sanitised and cleaned.
Radiators will be sanitised and cleaned.
Wooden shutters/ blinds cleaned and removed of dust

This is a bespoke service that we customise for every client. We can organise your home room by room from kitchens, pantry's, Walk in closets, cupboards and much more.
Moving House Clean: P.O.A
We can perform this clean either if you are buying a property or selling your property.
It is carried out usually on an empty property and everything is deep cleaned and sanitised and ready for its new owner.
We can also prepare the properties for sale to give it that extra WOW factor.
Mattress cleaning system:
This will freshen up you mattress as well as remove pathogens, bacteria and bed bugs.
This is a great service if you have allergies or suffer with any breathing issues. This service can also be added to other cleaning packages.

Steam clean and sanitising service:

This service can be performed as a one off clean or added into any cleaning package.
Steam cleaning kills 99.9% of household germs, including Coronavirus, Influenza, Salmonella, E.coli. As well as dust mites and surface mould. Once the water reaches at least 175 degrees Fahrenheit it will sanitise the surfaces effectively although we reach a temperature of 245 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure all germs are gone.

An ideal solution when you would like to freshen up you home or tackle a specific area. This is not a full house clean just a freshen up. But will ensure you property is left sparkling clean with the wow factor.
Commercial Clean:
Minimum of 2hrs price on request
Hairdressers, Beauty Salons and Shops are just a small example of the commercial businesses that we have worked with.
This service is usually performed while the business is closed so our cleaning team can ensure the property is sanitised and cleaned ready for the next working day.
We will ensure all bins are emptied, Any rubbish is taken away, All surfaces are cleaned and wiped over, any glass or wood is polished and wiped free of any fingerprints or smudges.
All shelves and cupboards are wiped clean.
Floors are hovered and mopped and buffed.
Party Clean:
Prices from £125.00
This is a great service if you want to take all the stress out of the party clean up. Our team will visit your home the next day and completely clean and sanitise your home. The property is left spotless all rubbish removed and property is left smelling fresh and clean.
After Build Clean:
Hourly Fee £60.00
This clean is a team of 2 cleaners.
This service will ensure all debris is removed and disposed of. The property is left sparkling clean and gives the wow factor that is required before the building is handed over to the end users.
All floors are vacuumed and cleaned
surfaces and internal and external doors.
All windows and windowsills, skirting boards, light fixtures and fittings, shelves,
wardrobes, internally and externally.
