The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How do i pay?
    You can pay by bank transfer or we can take payment with our portable card machine or cash payment is also accepted.
  • Is your work guaranteed?
    In the unlikely event you are not absolutely satisfied, please contact us within two working days and we will either re-perform that service or we may provide you with a full or partial refund.
  • Does your company have insurance ?
    Yes, We are fully insured.
  • Do you bring all your own cleaning equipment and supplies?
    Yes. We provide everything which means you do not have to. We transport all our tools and supplies to your home or office in our vehicle. If you have a prefernece of cleaning products please let us know before we visit your home or business and we can ensure we have the preferred products.
  • What about my pets ?
    We love pets, It would be ideal if you can introduce your pets to our team for our first visit.
  • What if something gets broken?
    We are fully insured. If you have any items which are particularly delicate or irreplaceable or of high sentimental value, please let us know at our initial meeting and we can discuss your requeirments. As you would expect we take the utmost care while in your home or business. In the highly unlikely event that something is damaged or broken we will leave a notifciation in writing and will endevour to contact you immediately.
  • Cancellation
    Please let us know as far in advance as possible. If we cannot gain access to your home or office or if we have had less than 24 hours notice we may be obliged to charge for a full price clean. For cancellations between 24 and 48 hours notice we may charge up to half of the fee. The reason for this is we are unable to re assign our team at such short notice.
  • Do i need to be at the property during the cleaning service?
    No, though you should feel comfortable being at home if you chose too. We operate a strict security system for your keys and alarm codes so you can still relax when you are out and have peace of mind we will secure the property when we leave.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that if a cleaning service is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or we are unable to access the property or we are turned away at the door a cancellation / lockout fee will be charged. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing the best service possible to our clients. If you are not 100% satisfied please contact us within 24 hours and we will resolve that matter and ensure the problem is rectified.
